Call for Papers | Political Economy of Health and Healthcare Working Group
September 7 – 9 2022, Bologna, Italy
The IIPPE Political Economy of Health and Healthcare Working Group, in collaboration with both the International Health and Political Economy of Health Research Group (ihpeh – QMUL/UK) and the Health, State and Contemporary Capitalism Research Group (University of Sao Paulo/Brazil) calls for abstract submissions in the areas of:
- Political Economy of Health and Contemporary Capitalism
- National States and Health
- Health Systems
- Health Inequalities
- International Health
- Contradictions of Contemporary Capitalism and the increase of the far right in health policies
We welcome panel proposals and single paper proposals. If you are proposing a panel, all papers need to be submitted individually. In addition, please send an email indicating what papers (with their authors) you would like to be grouped into a panel (give title).
IMPORTANT: Please state clearly that you submitting to this call by selecting Health and Political Economy of Health in your submission.
The deadline for abstracts and proposals is 30th April 2022. To submit a proposal, please click on this link and follow the instructions:
